About The Position

The Director 2, Cyber Operations is part of the CISO Leadership team and is accountable for managing the cyber operations that protect the organization’s Information Technology ecosystem in support of U.S. national security objectives. The incumbent will have strategic responsibility across the CISO organization to ensure cyber operations are running efficiently, continuous improvement is engrained within the department, and be accountable for administrative, budget management and human resources oversight.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems management or related.
  • 15 years of experience in the technology profession focused on IT infrastructure design and management.
  • 10 years program and project management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management, staffing / hiring and resource management.
  • Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of the Draper cyber-Infrastructure, including management of department budget(estimated $15M), resources and capabilities.
  • Development and management of leadership dashboard(s) to enable the department to monitor its support for all services.
  • Responsible for development of the strategic framework for the acquisition, data, deployment and refresh of core IT infrastructure and computing systems to meet the business needs of Draper projects and organizations.
  • Establish metrics to monitor the security of AI applications across the full life cycle and establish AI cyber governance framework that aligns emerging federal AI security and assurance expectations.
