This role spans the entire post-sales customer lifecycle—ensuring customers achieve their digital transformation goals with Adobe. As the top-level authority, you will drive alignment and coordination across multiple work streams, including product teams delivering advanced use cases. You will also lead collaboration initiatives with internal account teams. Ultimately, the Director of Customer Value is responsible for positioning customers for success and ensuring they realize measurable business value from the Adobe stack.
