As the Director, Customer Partner for Professional Services you will have end-to-end responsibility for relationship management, account growth and profitability. You’ll create, maintain, and develop deep customer relationships and bring 'the best of Kyndryl' to credibly build and maintain valued CxO customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving proactive account growth with focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals, with specific focus on the Professional Services industry. You will be committed to Customer Success, Commercial Success, Distinctive Expertise and Focus on People. Collaboration is key, and as a Customer Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.
