As the Director, Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) within IAM & Security Operations, you will own the strategy and delivery of customer identity controls that protect customer experiences while enabling secure digital growth. This role is accountable for customer authentication, identity verification, phone verification, and orchestration—ensuring CIAM capabilities are resilient, measurable, and aligned to a tiered defense control architecture. You will partner across Security, Engineering, Fraud, Risk, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable customer identity control patterns and to improve protection, reliability, and conversion outcomes.
