Position Summary: As Director of Customer Data Management, this role owns the strategy and execution of the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) function for US customer data—including Health Care Professionals, Organizations, Affiliations, and Plan/Payer/PBM hierarchies. The position ensures customer data is trusted, governed, and accessible, enabling data-driven decisions across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Compliance. This role demands ownership of end-to-end business and data processes, driving integrity, governance, and quality at scale. With customer data being foundational across all Therapeutic Areas, the Director partners with and shapes data strategy to drive alignment, consistency, and impact across the enterprise.
