The Director, CRM Partnerships & Strategy is the strategy lead for CRM strategy within Breakthrough T1D's Global Development Department, with a primary focus on Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)/Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). A senior individual contributor and key member of the Philanthropic Intelligence & Analytics team, this role serves as the primary liaison between Global Development and Data & Technology -- translating fundraising business needs into scalable CRM solutions and leading Global Development's readiness for the organization's migration to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
