Fitch GroupNew York, NY
$250,000 - $275,000Hybrid

About The Position

Covenant Review is seeking a Director—Covenant Analyst to join their market-leading leveraged finance intelligence team. This role involves producing insightful leveraged finance research for a broad spectrum of market participants and participating in thought leadership presentations on leveraged finance topics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong issue-spotting abilities, expertise in transaction structuring and deconstruction, impeccable writing skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience. A key skill is the ability to deconstruct complex issues or contract provisions and summarize them in written research and subscriber calls or presentations. Candidates should have deep familiarity with documentation concepts in the leveraged finance market. The compensation is competitive with in-house legal positions of similar seniority, offering fixed hours with no late-night or weekend work, and a hybrid working environment. Analysts benefit from working for Fitch Solutions, a leading financial information services company, within Covenant Review’s attorney-centric culture.
