About The Position

This job leads the program management function, ensuring successful execution of complex business projects. The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements for program management.
• Manage a variety of programs/projects for completeness and compliance.
• Guide prioritization of projects and utilization of resources.
• Deliver progress reports to leadership.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Steer programs through the lifecycle with sponsors and stakeholders.
