About The Position

The Corporate Strategy team drives portfolio-level decisions that shape how Salesforce goes to market — from new contracting models and fungible consumption products to product retirement. We're looking for a Director, Corporate Strategy to partner cross-functionally with Pricing & Packaging, Finance, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Renewals, GTM Strategy, Sales, and Product to bring these initiatives to life. In this role, you'll own deliverables end-to-end and set the operational rhythm that drives transparency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across a combination of strategy, operations, process delivery, sales, consulting, or product marketing
  • 6+ years in the CRM industry
  • Proven ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to dive into any area of the business, understand needs quickly, and translate them into clear strategic direction and communications
  • Comfortable working with executives; demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator — skilled at translating complex concepts, data, and product information into clear, unified messaging

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on pricing, contracting, or consumption model strategy in a SaaS environment
  • Cross-functional background spanning both field-facing and product/finance teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and activating new contracting strategies — such as Salesforce Commit — that accelerate growth and secure market share
  • Serve as a trusted pricing advisor to the field, helping account teams navigate complex deals and structure solutions that close
  • Build comprehensive policies and playbooks with technical depth and financial treatment, covering even the most complex scenarios
  • Accelerate decision-making for product fungibility, conversion, bundling, and retirement strategies that enable us to retire legacy services, consolidate spend, and recognize ACV
