About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven communications professional to join our Corporate Functions Communications team. This role will lead key internal communications in support of HR's functional priorities, including the Benefits & Rewards team. You'll have the unique opportunity to drive understanding across JLL's global workforce on topics that enrich their experience at JLL. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you'll provide strategic counsel, craft compelling communications in various formats, and work across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in internal, executive, and/or corporate communications, with a track record of leading successful initiatives
  • Experience driving functional communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, which is emblematic of JLL's culture
  • Self-starter who listens well, grasps concepts quickly, and leads with influence
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal communications platforms (e.g., Poppulo)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key HR stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned to HR business priorities
  • Craft compelling narratives and content across various channels (e.g., emails, presentations, key messages, talking points, videos)
  • Partner with other members of the Corporate Functions Communications team and Enterprise communications team to share best practices and drive excellence in internal communications
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve communication effectiveness
  • Leverage JLL's AI tools to drive efficiency and build your skillset
