About The Position

We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, creative, positive and solution-oriented professional to join our Talent and Engagement Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to inform, engage and inspire more than 91,000 employees across the world and actively reinforce JLL’s employee value proposition. Working closely with the global Talent and Engagement Communications lead, you will support the development, implementation and measurement of dynamic internal communications around key HR initiatives, including rewards and benefits, leadership and development, performance management, recognition, onboarding, engagement surveys, well-being and more. You will also support the development of communications aimed at JLL’s HR professionals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with sharepoint, Teams and other collaboration tools
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of strategic communication plans
  • Messaging and collateral development (emails, presentations, talking points)
  • Liaising with design/creative resources
  • Maintaining communications calendar and communications repository
  • Sharepoint/website management
  • Event management (e.g. Town Halls)
