About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. The Director will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate closely with senior leadership across various departments to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
Proven experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience managing a team.

Nice To Haves

MBA or CPA designation.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Experience in a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
Develop and maintain long-range financial plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
Provide financial support and guidance to business unit leaders.
Enhance financial reporting and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper financial controls and compliance.
