This position will be primarily responsible for conducting investigations of employee complaints alleging violations of employment and labor laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA, NLRA and state and local laws) and for providing employment law advice to certain internal clients. That advice will include conducting legal research; drafting legal alerts; advising on changes in various laws and regulations; and working on Company and Law Department projects. Percentage of time spent on legal investigations versus other employment law duties/counseling will vary based on business needs. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence 3 days per week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to days you are expected to be on-site
