Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience (financial services strongly preferred)
Proven success negotiating complex pricing and business terms
Strong analytical skills (including modeling pricing in Excel)
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong independent judgment
Alignment with Cornerstone’s core values

Nice To Haves

Experience negotiating technology contracts (banking, fintech, consulting, etc.)
Existing relationships with banking or credit union executives
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
High emotional intelligence and strong client leadership presence

Responsibilities

Lead contract negotiations with third-party technology providers (pricing, business terms, service levels)
Advise banking clients and internal teams on negotiation strategy and contract structure
Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants, legal teams, and client stakeholders
Leverage proprietary pricing data and contract frameworks to drive optimal outcomes
Manage multiple complex engagements with minimal oversight
Provide real-time strategic guidance during negotiations
Protect intellectual property and ensure best-in-class contract standards
