The role serves as the senior technical expert and mentor for Contract Development, operating at the highest levels of autonomy in drafting, negotiating, and shaping contract language, including for the organization's most complex and highest-value customer relationships. This role uses discretion to determine appropriate escalation of final contract language, positions, and risk decisions to the Director/Team Lead, Contract Strategy and Development. This position plays a critical role in enabling access to essential hospital and biosimilar therapies through effective, compliant, and well-crafted contracting.
