About The Position

Hulu’s Content Partnerships team is seeking a Director, Content Partnerships Operations who will be an exceptional addition to our Content organization. In this role, you will help drive the operational success of Hulu + Live TV’s complex distribution and intercompany partnerships by leading lifecycle deal execution, building and maintaining scalable workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. The right person for this role is a strategic operator with strong judgment, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to turn complex agreement terms into clear, effective execution plans across Ad Sales, Accounting, Operations, Finance, Legal, Data, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in entertainment, media, streaming, technology, or a related field, with significant experience in partnership operations, business operations, program management, or deal execution.
• Strong understanding of the streaming and digital media ecosystem, including experience supporting complex partnership lifecycles and operationalizing contractual business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for business, technical, and executive audiences and to create clear, concise documentation and presentations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working closely with Advertising Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Data, and other stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems quickly, navigate ambiguity, and drive multiple high impact workstreams to completion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience building processes, tools, and documentation that improve team effectiveness and execution quality.
• Strong partner management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain momentum, and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with JV partners on Hulu + Live TV deals and renewals; review and provide strategic feedback on JV P term sheets and long‑form agreements, in close consultation with VPs and senior leadership.
• Author Hulu + Live TV deal preparation memos, synthesizing cross-functional input to crystalize a cohesive TWDC POV across Ad Sales, Accounting, Operations, Finance, Legal, Data, Marketing, and Product.
• Lead operational execution across the partnership lifecycle for key Hulu + Live TV and intercompany relationships, from deal preparation and contract implementation through ongoing governance and renewal preparation.
• Translate complex agreement terms into actionable business and operational plans, identifying dependencies, edge cases, and execution risks early and communicating them to leadership succinctly.
• Create clear, leadership-ready briefs, decks, updates, and process documents that summarize strategic options, partnership status, operational implications, and recommended next steps.
• Design and institutionalize the operating infrastructure that supports Content Partnerships execution, including centralized deal summaries, cross-deal comparison tools, trackers, playbooks, and governance workflows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Ad Sales, and Data teams to ensure partnership requirements are executed effectively and on schedule.
• Lead project management for launches, channel changes, amendments, and other post-deal workstreams, including milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, launch readiness, and issue resolution.
• Own intake and resolution of partner-related operational requests, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring timely closure across stakeholders.
• Continuously improve how the team works by standardizing recurring workflows, capturing learnings, and implementing durable processes that increase speed, consistency, and reliability over time.
• Serve as internal consultant across the larger organization on behalf of JV partners on Hulu + Live TV bundle subscriber entitlements, ensuring accurate interpretation and operational alignment.
