We're seeking a Director of Content & Social Marketing to set the vision, strategy, and creative direction for Schwab's presence on the social and video-sharing platforms shaping how investors learn today. In this role, you’ll both steward an industry-leading YouTube channel and build a new TikTok channel from the ground up — defining the editorial point of view, quality bar, and content franchises from day one. Within our Insights & Education Content organization, you'll be accountable for the long-term strategy of these platforms—along with the Insights & Education site—and the multi-format content that powers them, including video, online courses, social, and other emerging formats. You'll lead and grow a team of talented content producers, setting creative standards and providing nurturing feedback and development opportunities.
