About The Position

The Director, Construction Standards, Safety & Quality is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and upholding construction quality, safety, and compliance standards across all Ezee Fiber markets. This leader owns the policies, inspection criteria, audit program, and safety standards that every market builds to, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes as the company scales its fiber construction operations nationally. Success in this role is measured by improved restoration and rework performance, timely closure of audit findings, and consistent quality outcomes market to market.

  • Strong expertise in QA/QC processes, safety and damage-prevention programs, and audit and corrective-action tracking

  • Exceptional attention to detail, written documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
