About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Administers and directs building program to maintain, develop, remodel, and construct the buildings, grounds and equipment to procure and generate all utilities and their distribution systems. Directs the departments of Plant Maintenance, Construction, and Communications. Responsible to develop and manage construction/renovation as well as operational budgets. Primary liaison between the organization and external maintenance and construction providers to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other related field.
5 years’ managerial experience in functional area.
Ability to form and lead multi-disciplinary teams
Critical Thinking and problem solving
Able to build strategic relationships
Able to analyze, organize and delegate
Numerical ability is required to prepare and analyze departmental budgets and estimates for new construction, repairs, and maintenance
Spatial perception is required to read and understand blueprints and specifications of new construction, installation and maintenance of equipment.
