Requirements

  • Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division
  • Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems
  • Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans
  • Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
  • Impacts the business results of a department by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans.
  • Guided by department business plans
  • 8-12 years with team management background
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead total rewards strategy and oversee benefit, compensation, and recognition programs.
  • Provides leadership to managers and professional employees
  • Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple teams
  • Develops departmental plans, including business, operation and/or organizational priorities
  • Decision-making is guided by department objectives
  • Provides leadership to managers and some individual contributors, accountable for the performance and results of team and contributes to people management and area goals and priorities.
  • For employees outside India and United States: Willingness to serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country, with full support from corporate teams, in governance matters
