Director, Community & Experiences

Landmark VenturesNew York, NY

About The Position

Landmark Ventures is looking for an entrepreneurial builder to create, launch, and scale Landmark’s portfolio of executive communities. From SMART to FieldCrew and future vertical communities, you’ll own the strategy, member experience, operating model, and business performance of each community. This is equal parts community architect, experience designer, operator, and business builder. You’ll create environments where executives genuinely want to belong, contribute, and return. As Landmark enters its next chapter, community becomes our operating system. We’re building industry-leading communities that create value year-round through content, connection, and collaboration. This role will lead that effort. The Director of Community & Experiences will build the systems, culture, and experiences that transform individual connections into trusted communities—and trusted communities into long-term growth for our members, partners, and Landmark. You will own Landmark's Community Platform, including its methodology, technology, editorial calendar, member experience, and operating system used to launch and scale every Landmark community.
