Through intentional relationship-building, transparent communication, and a focus on shared outcomes, the office will help bridge academic expertise with community wisdom; ensuring that our work responds to local needs while uplifting the voices and strengths of North Philadelphia residents. The Director will lead the newly established Office for Community Collaboration and Impact, serving as the central hub for community-engaged initiatives across Temple’s Health Sciences Campus. This role advances Temple’s mission to strengthen relationships with North Philadelphia communities and improve health outcomes through coordination, innovation, and sustained engagement.
