About The Position

The Director, Commercial Promotion Strategy & Analytics is a high-impact leadership role responsible for governing, evaluating, and optimizing multi-million-dollar promotional investments across Samsung’s carrier partner accounts, including T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. Acting as the strategic Product Manager and commercial authority for promotional programs, the role connects financial analytics with carrier account sales teams and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. It uses detailed analysis of invoice-level data, carrier subsidy splits, sell-out lift elasticities, and complex promotion structures to establish actionable promotional guidelines. The director ensures promotional investments drive incremental sell-out volume, protect brand equity, and align with retail enablement and integrated marketing KPIs. The role leads commercial alignment across GTM functions, supports promotional execution and measurement, and provides executive reporting and recommendations. Samsung Electronics America describes its work as advancing mobile technologies, consumer electronics, home appliances, enterprise solutions, and network systems, and its mission as using products, services, and AI technology to deliver smarter, sustainable, and more connected experiences.
