Position Summary Under the direction of the VP Commercial Operations, the Director, Commercial Operations is responsible for driving commercial excellence across the assigned business segment by leading the processes, systems, analytics, and teams that support revenue growth, margin expansion, customer satisfaction, and forecast accuracy. This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial organization, ensuring alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The Director will lead scalable commercial processes, manage performance metrics, drive proposal and pricing governance, support strategic planning, and provide the visibility required to effectively manage pipeline, backlog, order intake, and revenue conversion. This leader will play a critical role in enabling profitable growth and creating a best-in-class customer experience.
