About The Position

The Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics leads the commercial analytics, market insights, and competitive intelligence strategy for the Health Division, enabling data-driven decisions that improve sales effectiveness, customer growth, retention, and commercial performance. This role owns the KPIs, data infrastructure, dashboards, predictive analytics, and competitive intelligence that measure and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle — from pipeline and forecasting to pricing, renewals, and expansion. As a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enterprise Data teams, you will deliver actionable insights and market context that improve forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, sales productivity, renewals, and customer expansion, while tracking competitor positioning and market shifts to keep commercial strategy ahead of the market. Leading a high-performing analytics, competitive intelligence, and market research team, you will establish enterprise analytics standards, champion AI-driven decision-making, and serve as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership on business performance, market dynamics, and strategic priorities.
