About The Position

As our Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S., you will lead a team of College Thrive Coaches to ensure scholars matriculate to college, successfully persist, and graduate within four years. Day to day, you will work closely with counterparts across the organization to ensure the College Thrive program (for our CT scholars in college) is implemented with fidelity; work directly with a caseload of college scholars as they transition to college life, work towards a bachelor's degree, and graduate from college; and oversee the day-to-day needs of our College and University partnerships in the Greater U.S. College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree and a life of choice, opportunity, and power. Requirements

  • Experience working with or advising college scholars and managing partnerships.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and supporting talent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for understanding higher education, financial aid, and career success.
  • Experienced Manager and have coached others to successful outcomes.
  • Track record of success in strategy development and/or project planning.
  • Deep experience using scholar data to make strategic shifts to support college success.
  • Ability to stay focused on delivering excellent outcomes despite obstacles.
