Within the Fidelity Wealth organization, the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology (BRT) organization is responsible for brokerage technology and experience. We are looking for an engineering leader with strong software engineering fundamentals and technical depth who thrives delivering high-quality, scalable solutions, aligning technology strategy with business priorities, strengthening engineering practices, and developing top talent. You will ensure we deliver resilient, high-performing platforms while enabling innovation at scale. This leader must ensure engineering quality while balancing execution speed, maintaining and improving coding standards, automation, testing, observability, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with product leaders and engineering leadership to align technical direction with long-term business and platform goals.
