The Director of Clinical Services leverages his/her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, clinical practices, operational processes, and regulatory requirements to support the company and customers with outstanding value and a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The role’s primary purpose is to develop best practice programs and content to support all clinical need and successful adoption of Mosai products.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist with active licensure and experience in home health or hospice, with deep knowledge of clinical practices, workflows, operations, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Experience with healthcare software implementations and strong technical proficiency in system discovery, configuration, and troubleshooting; familiarity with homecare EMRs (e.g., Homecare Homebase, MatrixCare) preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite stakeholders and collaborate effectively across clients, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and processes, identify gaps, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Understanding healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and digital solutions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a leader within the organization by driving day-to-day execution, modeling accountability, and influencing team performance through mentorship, guidance, and a strong example. Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment, demonstrating emotional intelligence and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Partner across Client Experience, Sales, Product, Technology, and Data Science to support clinical consulting initiatives, aligning stakeholders to company priorities and driving forward the broader organizational vision.
  • Lead the development and execution of clinical training and education strategies, including needs assessments and scalable content. Continuously evaluate effectiveness and refine approaches to accelerate product adoption and client engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client-facing teams by supporting clinical demonstrations, contributing to account strategies, and helping solve complex client challenges to drive long-term success.
  • Maintain deep expertise in clinical, operational, and regulatory domains by monitoring industry trends and changes. Translate insights into internal education, improved processes, and forward-looking strategies.
  • Act as a key voice of the customer by communicating client needs to inform product development, supporting demo environments, contributing to market-facing materials, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
