Position Summary The Director, Clinical Pharmacology is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies across one or more development programs, reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics. This role drives trial- and program-level activities, applying pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) principles and model-informed approaches to support decision-making throughout drug development. The Director partners cross-functionally to shape and deliver integrated development strategies, contributes as a key member of Clinical Pharmacology leadership and program teams, and ensures the development and execution of robust Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (CP&P) plans aligned with compound strategy. In addition, the role fosters a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes scientific excellence and continuous learning.
