Position Highlights The Director of Clinical Education and Development is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training strategies for Medical Assistants (MAs), Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). This role ensures applicable clinical staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. The Director will lead onboarding, continuing education, and professional development initiatives for applicable staff aligned with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices. Work location: Euless, TX Work hours: Full Time (40 Hours); Day Shift; Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
