Make a difference as a DIRECTOR- CLINICAL CARE SYSTEMS OPERATIONS As the Clinical Care Systems Director of Operations at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will provide essential administrative and clinical leadership for our Outpatient and Community Support Services (CSS) programs. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee daily operations while offering clinical supervision to staff delivering vital behavioral health and substance use services. Your expertise will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and support ongoing staff development through evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You'll monitor employee productivity, facilitate interdisciplinary care, and uphold high standards for client engagement and treatment planning. Additionally, you'll prepare and manage contracts and budgets, collaborate with various departments, represent the agency at county and state meetings, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Sciences or a related discipline.
  • LCSW, LPC, or LCADC credentials.
  • CCS certification (required at hire or obtained shortly thereafter with specialized training).
  • Two years of experience in the administration of behavioral health services.
  • Five years of clinical experience working with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders.
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
  • Background Check required.
  • Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.

Nice To Haves

  • CADC or LCADC certification in treating substance use disorders is preferred.
