The Director, Clinical and Sales Learning, Respiratory & Immunology (R&I/V&I) leads the end-to-end learning strategy and execution for commercial field teams across the R&I portfolio. This role is accountable for designing high-impact curricula that elevate disease-state expertise, product knowledge, selling excellence, and customer engagement. The Director partners cross-functionally to align learning outcomes with brand objectives, field performance goals, and regulatory standards, ensuring readiness for launches, lifecycle management, and evolving market needs. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Learning & Capabilities Development, this position plays a pivotal leadership role within Innovation & Business Excellence, shaping how field teams translate science into meaningful impact for patients.
