About The Position

The Clinic Director, Specialty Practices is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of multiple specialty care service lines and outpatient clinic locations. This position provides direct leadership to Practice Managers and collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), hospital leadership, and support departments to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, provider engagement, and financial performance. The Clinic Director serves as the primary operational leader for assigned specialty practices and is responsible for driving growth initiatives, improving patient access, optimizing clinical operations, and supporting physicians and care teams in achieving organizational goals.
