Requirements

• At least 7 years of financial services experience; experience in transfer agency, corporate trust, brokerage, or a related industry is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with people at all organizational levels.
• A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize appropriately based on client needs.
• Ability to travel as required to client annual meetings or other meetings.

• Experience in the transfer agent, corporate trust, brokerage, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of transfer agent clients, with a focus on responsiveness, client retention, and growth through exceptional service.
• Manage client requests and inquiries promptly.
• Handle higher-level or escalated client interactions, focusing on efficient service and timely resolution; escalate to management when appropriate.
• Identify new products and services for existing clients and make appropriate introductions to subject matter experts or the sales team.
• Participate in weekly department meetings and assess current processes to identify efficient and innovative solutions.
• Partner with the onboarding specialist to onboard clients, ensure a seamless transition, and learn about client needs.
• Ensure services are billed accurately and on time, and follow up on aged receivables.
• Support the Client Services team during absences and periods of high volume.
• Perform other duties as required.
