The Chief of Staff should have experience in developing executive-ready presentations and telling a compelling story through data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, process management, or program management
  • At least 5 years of people management experience

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
  • 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with key stakeholders, lead the development and implementation of short and long term strategic programs for the organization
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of prioritization and delivery roadmap, helping to identify cross-tower dependencies to proactively manage impediments
  • Influence matrixed stakeholder teams to cohesively advance organizational growth and delivery
  • Drive organizational processes that enable success
  • Partner with communications resources to enhance Line of Business or team brand, highlighting the impact of strategic initiatives across the organization
  • As new projects arise, partner with leadership to determine project feasibility and establish implementation plans
  • Champion unpopular ideas, even with more senior leaders
  • Quickly get up to speed on key topics and navigate the organization
  • Drive organizational change and operational excellence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor with stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise
  • Regularly use strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
  • Inspire an organization of open-exchange and collaboration
  • Leverage strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills
  • Employ both meticulous organizational skills and follow-through
  • Work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
