About The Position

The Director, Chief of Staff to the Head of Product Management serves as a trusted partner and operating lever for the Product organization. This role strengthens how the organization runs—driving leadership cadence, decision hygiene, execution follow-through, operational insights, and cross-functional alignment—so Product leaders can focus on the highest-leverage outcomes. This role does not own product strategy or roadmap definition. Instead, it ensures the Product leadership team has a clear operating rhythm, reliable insight into progress and risks, and strong coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market.

  • Demonstrated ability to run senior leadership cadences and drive execution rigor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • High judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
