About The Position

Lead the future of ambulatory surgical care at CentraCare! CentraCare Surgery Center is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for our growing ambulatory surgery center. Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • Current RN license in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of perioperative experience in an ambulatory surgery setting required.
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated management skills including leadership, communication, team building, organization, goal setting, problem solving, and continuous quality improvement are essential.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) – current American Heart Association (AHA) healthcare provider card required.

  • Salary range: $124,033.47 - $186,422.61 per year
