About The Position
The Case Management Director is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating assigned areas of Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, and Social Services. This position serves as resource to other departments in the Hospital on issues relating to areas of assigned responsibility.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse by the State of California
- Certified Case Manager (CMC or CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM)
- Three (3) years relevant experience in Case Management
- CPR American Heart Association
Responsibilities
