Working with Brillient senior leaders and growth executives, you will drive successful capture and proposal activity to win contracts and meet revenue targets. This "player-coach" role manages the full lifecycle — from pre-RFP shaping and qualification through solutioning, submission, and contract award — across Federal Health IT, DHS, Civilian, and DoD markets. You will own win strategies, client relationships, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional teams to increase PWIN and fuel growth across a mix of products, services, and operational support. This position follows a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be local to National Capital Region.
