This is a high-impact role based in Beltsville, MD headquarters, where you will define the strategic roadmap, drive technological innovation, and scale a digital ecosystem that is revolutionizing how producers, haulers, and contractors collaborate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in business development, with a focus on construction technology, heavy logistics, or scalable SaaS platforms.
  • A true self-starter with the executive presence to navigate complex operational challenges with autonomy.
  • Superior strategic acumen coupled with decisive problem-solving and financial management skills.
  • World-class communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster internal growth and build enduring external strategic relationships.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and conducting rigorous financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the long-term strategic vision for AggDirect, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
  • Capitalize on emerging growth engines, including regional infrastructure development, SaaS integration, and traditional aggregate sales.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, agile team, championing a culture of transparency, innovation, and relentless execution.
  • Build and maintain elite-level partnerships with industry leaders to secure recurring business and platform loyalty.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic alliances to broaden the platform's technological capabilities and market reach.
  • Orchestrate aggressive user acquisition strategies through sophisticated, data-driven marketing and sales funnels.
  • Leverage real-time market intelligence and user sentiment to pivot and innovate the platform experience.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance metrics and strategic progress reports to the executive leadership team.
  • Report on performance and progress to senior management.
