About The Position

MPOWERHealth, a leader in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) services, is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development to spearhead growth in key territories. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic sales to expand the company's footprint in the healthcare space. The position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of IOM innovation, work with industry experts, and contribute to shaping the future of neuromonitoring.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
CNIM certification and/or neuromonitoring experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confidently engage physicians & stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office & EMR systems
Must be comfortable with frequent travel (by car & air)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Proven track record in IOM business development & sales highly preferred

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business opportunities with hospitals, healthcare systems, and surgeon practices.
Deliver compelling presentations and live service demonstrations to healthcare providers.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring beneficial terms for both MPOWERHealth and clients.
Maintain and track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Leverage IOM knowledge to highlight service benefits during sales meetings.
Work closely with local teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation for new clients.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Address client concerns, ensure satisfaction, and drive account retention and expansion.
Convert competitive accounts to MPOWERHealth through proactive engagement.
