As the Director, Business Development for Weight Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through new and existing market development initiatives. This role drives net-new revenue by building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and positioning RVO Health’s digital health platform as a strategic solution to improve care delivery, efficiency, and outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, identifying and closing new business opportunities, forging relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic initiatives to generate revenue growth and market penetration across B2B Channels (commercial employers and payers). Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
