About The Position

Leads the strategic development and implementation of business application solutions to support organizational objectives. Manages cross-functional teams to deliver and integrate technology that enhances business processes. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure applications perform optimally. Oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitates user training and support to maximize adoption and satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business application development and management
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams
  • Expertise in software evaluation, selection, and integration
  • Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for one (1) year of education
