The Digital Science and Automation Solution (DSAS) business designs, develops, supplies, and supports industry leading laboratory workflow solutions and robotic automation, predominantly for the Pharma, Biopharma and the Genetic testing space. These solutions enable our customers to advance science, accelerate discovery and improve outcomes. Our offerings shape the lab of the future, by accelerating innovation, automation, AI-enablement and discovery. DESCRIPTION: This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of DSAS’s next phase of growth. As Director, Revenue Operations, you will shape how we drive revenue, deliver customer value, and operate as one connected business. You’ll partner closely with the VP/GM and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes—bringing clarity, discipline, and insight across the full commercial lifecycle. You will lead the revenue operations engine that connects Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery—ensuring we not only set the right direction, but execute with rigor to deliver predictable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience across revenue operations, commercial strategy, or business operations in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to leading business transformation, connecting strategy with execution and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Strategic and hands-on – you set direction and ensure it gets executed
  • Customer-focused – you anchor decisions in customer impact and value
  • Data-driven – you use insights to drive clarity, accountability, and performance

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP/GM and DSAS leadership team to translate divisional strategy into measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Own performance analysis and drive actions to ensure delivery of bookings and revenue targets
  • Lead efforts to operate as one cohesive business through process improvement, tools and systems
  • Track progress of KPIs and TTIs across all functions to align on shared growth and customer success goals.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning to drive predictable growth
  • Embed operational discipline across bookings, recurring revenue, and services delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize pricing, deal structures, and profitability
  • Ensure strategies deliver measurable customer value across the lifecycle
  • Own and strengthen core business systems, data integrity, and processes to enable scale and better decision-making
  • Lead Revenue Operations, Strategy & Insights to deliver actionable business insights
  • Drive clarity and accountability through performance management, targets, and incentives
