About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for helping Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM) translate strategic priorities, product opportunities, and cross-functional business needs into clear, actionable plans and deliverables. This role supports initiatives across investment, research, product, distribution, trading, operations, risk, compliance, legal, technology, and partner organizations by structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing information, documenting requirements, and helping teams move from idea to execution. This role serves as a connective tissue across FDAM and Fidelity partner teams, ensuring the right information is organized, requirements are clearly captured, decisions are framed, and cross-functional work remains on track.

Requirements

  • Strong business analysis, program management, and strategy execution skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment
  • Comfort working through ambiguity
  • Ability to quickly learn new subject matter
  • Ability to translate complex business, product, operational, and technology topics into clear artifacts
  • Experience creating PRDs, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, project plans, decision memos, executive presentations, or similar artifacts
  • Strong project management skills, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, stakeholder follow-up, and meeting facilitation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders
  • Experience in business analysis, program management, product operations, management consulting, strategy, financial services, technology, or a related execution-focused role
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize information, and create clear, actionable deliverables for business, product, technology, and senior leadership audiences
