The role guides partnerships, data analysis, and program development across the Commonwealth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Procurement, Data Analytics, or a closely related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in direct supervisory or leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing diverse, cross-functional teams (the role specifically requires leading a team of 6 or more people).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Analytics & Reporting, stakeholder engagement, and administrative oversight
  • Three or more years of full-time professional experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (EPR) systems, i.e., SAP, PRISM, B2Gnow, SRM, etc.
  • Full-time professional experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's degree in business administration, public administration, public policy, economics, procurement, data analytics, or a closely related field.
  • 3 years of professional experience in procurement, supplier diversity, supplier development/readiness, and/or programming.

Responsibilities

  • Guide major initiatives and special projects that strengthen programs and outreach efforts
  • Build strong connections with agencies, partners, and community groups to advance small business goals
  • Review key data and trends to shape policy recommendations and improvements
  • Advise leadership on priorities that support outreach, engagement, and resource planning
  • Support staff development and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
