The Director, Brands Controlling US is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with the North America Extended Leadership Team and other key internal stakeholders. The role drives profitable brand growth by embedding financial discipline into marketing decisions, challenging performance across the P&L, and enabling fact-based, cross-functional steering. You will lead the Brands Controlling function, with three direct reports, to drive financial discipline and rigor throughout the Marketing organisation, while delivering process and systems enhancements, performance analytics, and support for key strategic decision-making. As a key member of the North America Finance Leadership Team, you will contribute to the sustainable advancement of the Finance function, ensuring strong talent development and continuity.
