We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build Xsolla's brand partnerships business from the ground up. This is not a traditional sales role. We're seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating new revenue streams, and has experience bringing innovative advertising, commerce, loyalty, identity, and consumer engagement products to market. You will work at the intersection of gaming, commerce, advertising, identity, and consumer engagement to help leading brands connect with millions of gamers through Xsolla's ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience selling into brands, agencies, loyalty teams, media buyers, retail marketers, and commerce organizations. They understand how to translate product capabilities into compelling business outcomes and are comfortable helping define both go-to-market strategy and product direction. This role will be responsible for establishing Xsolla's brand-side commercial motion, identifying early lighthouse customers, developing strategic partnerships, and helping shape the next generation of Xsolla advertising and consumer products.
