About The Position

UPROXX is hiring a Director, Brand Partnerships to build and own QSR as a revenue category. This is not a maintenance role. You will open and close six- and seven-figure CTV and YouTube partnerships with quick-service restaurant brands, their holding companies, franchisee co-ops, and agencies of record. The product you are selling is differentiated. UPROXX offers guaranteed 100% share-of-voice around the biggest music drops on YouTube OLV and CTV through an exclusive partnership with Warner Music Group. You will package that inventory alongside original programming, creator content, and data-targeted CTV to build annual spend programs with QSR marketers who need to reach young, culturally engaged audiences at scale. The right candidate has five or more years selling CTV and premium video at a top network, platform, or publisher. You have real QSR relationships, national chains and their agency groups. You have closed deals where cultural relevance and media performance were both part of the value proposition. You know how QSR marketing cycles work, and you know how to align music and entertainment tentpoles with menu launches, LTOs, and traffic-driving goals. You forecast with precision, you run a disciplined pipeline, and you consistently beat your number.

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling CTV and premium video with a strong track record of closing high-value deals. Network, platform, or publisher experience required.
  • Established QSR brand and agency relationships, including national chains, franchisee co-ops/DMAs, and holding company media teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell entertainment, music, or culture video inventory to QSR marketers across YouTube OLV and CTV.
  • Fluency in both direct and programmatic selling. Comfortable structuring deals across guaranteed, data-targeted, and performance-backed models.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, prospecting tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own QSR as a vertical. Build a category plan, identify target accounts, and develop a pipeline that converts to repeatable annual revenue, not one-off buys.
  • Close six- and seven-figure integrated CTV and YouTube OLV packages, including share-of-voice sponsorships around WMG artist drops, tentpole programming, and performance-backed programs.
  • Build and expand holding company and agency group relationships. These are the scaling lever. Turn individual brand wins into annual spend commitments across agency portfolios.
  • Structure complex deals across programmatic guaranteed, DV360 + YouTube unified buying, data-targeted CTV, first-party audience overlays, and brand studies.
  • Translate UPROXX audience and performance data into clear value propositions. Use Comscore measurement and platform analytics to justify price, reach, frequency, and lift.
  • Host in-person, virtual, and phone presentations. Entertain clients. Represent UPROXX at industry events, upfronts, and partner meetings.
  • Manage an accurate and predictable pipeline. Forecast quarterly and annual performance with discipline and transparency.
