UPROXX is hiring a Director, Brand Partnerships to build and own QSR as a revenue category. This is not a maintenance role. You will open and close six- and seven-figure CTV and YouTube partnerships with quick-service restaurant brands, their holding companies, franchisee co-ops, and agencies of record. The product you are selling is differentiated. UPROXX offers guaranteed 100% share-of-voice around the biggest music drops on YouTube OLV and CTV through an exclusive partnership with Warner Music Group. You will package that inventory alongside original programming, creator content, and data-targeted CTV to build annual spend programs with QSR marketers who need to reach young, culturally engaged audiences at scale. The right candidate has five or more years selling CTV and premium video at a top network, platform, or publisher. You have real QSR relationships, national chains and their agency groups. You have closed deals where cultural relevance and media performance were both part of the value proposition. You know how QSR marketing cycles work, and you know how to align music and entertainment tentpoles with menu launches, LTOs, and traffic-driving goals. You forecast with precision, you run a disciplined pipeline, and you consistently beat your number.
