THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to drive our next chapter of growth through brand-building marketing strategies, compelling brand communications, and breakthrough and relevant integrated marketing campaigns. This role will oversee global Brand Communications, including marketing strategies to support the National Marketing Calendar, marketing campaigns for menu innovation, brand advertising for paid media across video, audio, digital and social channels, in-restaurant marketing, gift cards, breakthrough digital promotions to drive sales and loyalty enrollments, and providing leadership and support of brand communications in international markets. You’ll be an inspiring leader who is intellectually curious, resourceful and consumer obsessed. This position will manage a team of 3+ and report directly to the Sr. Director, Brand Management. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll be passionate about identifying key consumer insights, our food and mission, and relevant cultural trends in this pivotal role as a marketing strategy leader. You will have a background in creating differentiated marketing strategies, insight-driven product innovation, and traditional and digital advertising. You will bring experience leading large cross-functional teams and agencies to create business cases and drive growth initiatives forward. Develop and execute brand-building marketing strategies, compelling brand communications, and breakthrough and relevant integrated marketing campaigns in support of the National Marketing Calendar. Lead marketing and cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive growth initiatives Day-to-day contact for global brand communications to support all international markets Create business cases to help support growth initiatives HOW YOU WILL LEAD This position will leverage your leadership and business acumen as you help shape the vision and provide strategic direction for product innovation and brand building opportunities in a cross functional manner to help facilitate company-wide goals. You will build, manage and continuously develop direct reports by establishing performance goals, measuring the outcomes, and driving employee engagement. As a highly collaborative and inspiring leader, you will also liaise with all departments as necessary to support growth initiatives while leading Brand Communications, the In-Restaurant and Gift Card Teams, and as the day-to-day marketing contact to support international markets with best practices and the most effective marketing campaigns from the US.
